What is the mission of The Unconscious Shift?
At the Unconscious Shift, we believe that change can happen outside of the therapy space. We work hard to empower individuals to craft communities where their mental health can thrive. Through workshops, trainings, and community engagement, we hope to build a community of wellness that speaks to all individuals. We believe that addressing issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice is the path towards a more connected space.
